Hello & Welcome!
I'm Tracey
This blog was born from the ashes of a life that no longer fit — and from the fire in me that refused to burn out. I created this space for every woman who’s ever felt lost in midlife and thought, Now what? The answer is: Now YOU.
I’m here to tell you: it’s never too late to reclaim your independence, your joy, your beauty, your voice — and your life.
What You’ll Find Here:
-
Raw honesty about navigating divorce after 50 (and not losing your mind in the process)
-
Conversations on beauty and fashion that celebrate self-expression, not societal expectations
-
Feminism that is fierce, grounded, and age-inclusive
-
Friendship and connection, because we’re not meant to do this alone
-
Stories of travel, reinvention, and rebuilding, even when life feels upside-down
-
And, yes — a bit of sparkle, because I’m a lifelong figure skating fan and I believe reinvention should still feel fabulous ✨
More About Me:
-
I moved back to Canada in 2025 after 17 years in the U.S. because I couldn’t afford healthcare — just one of many tough decisions I’ve made to put my health and future first.
-
I’m a mom to three incredible daughters — two in university and one in high school — and I’m still figuring it out every single day.
-
I believe lipstick can be revolutionary. That aging isn’t something to fight — it’s something to own.
-
I believe female friendship is medicine.
-
And I believe in YOU — in your comeback, your reinvention, your right to live fully at every age.
Whether you’re navigating heartbreak, rebuilding your life, or just craving a space where you don’t have to pretend everything’s perfect — you’re not alone here.
This is our place.
To get real. To glow up. To start over — together.
